Developed by ALL MIGHT DEVELOPMENT S.A., MILLEWEE is situated within the Cité Millewee residential estate in Bertrange, in a quiet cul-de-sac and in the immediate vicinity of the Belle Étoile shopping centre.
The project prioritises architecture on a human scale: semi-detached houses comprising just two dwellings, available as duplexes with gardens and penthouse duplexes. This layout combines independence, private outdoor spaces and practical comfort, with a private lift serving the different levels of the property.
The architectural identity is based on carefully selected materials: cladding and cremolite thoughtfully arranged, mixed aluminium-timber joinery and custom-designed steel balustrades.
A design focused on energy efficiency
The development is rated AAA for energy efficiency and features high-performance insulation, dual-flow ventilation, an individual heat pump and photovoltaic panels. Two indoor parking spaces and a private cellar complete each property.
