What services do we offer and on what conditions?
We offer insurance distribution services to business customers, to the exclusion of consumers. Our services consist of providing advice on insurance contracts, proposing insurance contracts or carrying out other preparatory work for the conclusion thereof, concluding such contracts, or assisting with the management and execution thereof, particularly in the event of a claim. We offer our services for risks located in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and, under the freedom to provide services, in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland and Sweden.
Our distribution and advice services are completely independent. As a broker, we work independently of insurance companies and act to protect your interests, by recommending solutions that meet your requirements and representing you to the insurance companies.
In accordance with the Luxembourg Act of 7 December 2015 concerning the insurance sector, when we distribute an insurance contract to a customer whose habitual residence or establishment is in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, we always provide advice, unless you expressly decline such advice. This advice is based on an impartial, personalised analysis, that is, on the analysis of a sufficient number of insurance contracts offered on the market to enable us to give a personalised recommendation regarding the insurance contract that meets your requirements.
Conversely, when we distribute an insurance contract to a customer whose habitual residence or establishment is in Belgium, we do not provide advice, in accordance with the Belgian Act of 4 April 2014 concerning insurance.
Our services are provided in accordance with the general conditions of brokerage attached to this document, which you will accept by signing this document.
