See the document:<br \/>\n\ud83d\udcc4 https:\/\/lnkd.in\/eKHAJFzy<\/p>\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f Based on our average market share (2023\/2024), we estimated in January 2025 that more than 458 off-plan apartments would be sold in the fourth quarter of 2024. According to STATEC, only 395 off-plan apartment transactions were completed, including 56 transactions\/apartments for the State.<\/p>\n<p>EuroCaution has brokered financial completion guarantees (GFA) for at least 282 apartments\/off-plan transactions (excluding sales to the State), making our company the leading player in GFAs for off-plan sales in Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<p>EuroCaution and its insurance partners will continue to support all developers and builders, whether or not they are members of the Real Estate Chamber &#8211; Developers Section.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>STATEC and the Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning have just published their report on housing for the fourth quarter of 2024.
