For LOYD, Vandenbussche is building a new flat in Drongen to the design of De Vloed Architects (part of DETOO). Residence Sophora is the third phase of the ‘De Baarlekorf’ residential project. The building consists of a combination of 3 commercial spaces, a nursery, 14 flats and 6 studios for assisted living. It is located on the same site as WZC Leiehome Drongen, which is also being built by Vandenbussche.
