O’Vert is a residential project covering nearly 18,000 m² developed by BESIX RED on the former Dok Noord industrial site in Ghent, which is very well connected to the city centre. It is transforming the brownfield site of the former Meyvaert glass factory into a new green and pleasant neighbourhood.
The project comprises 131 homes, ranging from one-bedroom flats to penthouses, as well as seven office spaces spread across two buildings. The complex is surrounded by a 4,000 m² public park accessible to both residents and local residents. The focus is on quality of life, sustainability, soft mobility and conviviality.
