Le Clos du Bois Joli is an eco-neighbourhood on rue Nifiet in Saive-Blegny (near Liège). It is located in a green, quiet and pleasant area not far from schools, shops and services.

It comprises 3 and 4-front houses, each with its own private garden and parking space, including a carport.

In addition, this charming development includes a heating network serving all the homes and powered by a shared biomass boiler using pellets as fuel. A series of communal cisterns supply the homes with rainwater and sanitary water. Our properties are built according to the Sustainable Innovation concept.

The first phase of construction involves 14 single-family homes.

Le Clos will eventually house 27 homes.
