This month we would like to introduce you to our Customer Service Officer, Corentin L’huillier. Interview.

A brief summary of your professional career…

After finishing my studies in Management (BTS MUC), I immediately sought to enter the professional world. First of all, I worked as a Sales Assistant at Auchan Luxembourg. Then I developed my interpersonal and commercial skills with customers as a multi-skilled employee with the Total Energies group. Finally I had the opportunity to work with Eurocaution as a Customer Service Officer. Thanks to this collaboration, I discovered a very varied sector of activity and a team that knows how to combine good humour, rigour and flexibility.

A few words about your hobbies and passions…

Apart from my professional activity, football is a big part of my life. More generally, I am an avid sportsman, which I like to share with my friends in my spare time. I also like to spend good times with my family, which often gives me beautiful memories. And of course to accompany all this I like to give rhythm to my life with music!

A few words about your job and your daily tasks and your relationship with customers…

Within Eurocaution, my main mission is to transfer the data from our old software to the new one. I feed our future operating tool daily with the financial guarantees of completion previously issued to our clients. This task will allow our clients to consult their old projects insured by Eurocaution on the new portal. I also help our Customer Service department in its daily tasks.
