STATEC and the Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning have just published their report on housing for the fourth quarter of 2024. See the document:

➡️ Based on our average market share (2023/2024), we estimated in January 2025 that more than 458 off-plan apartments would be sold in the fourth quarter of 2024. According to STATEC, only 395 off-plan apartment transactions were completed, including 56 transactions/apartments for the State.
