This month we introduce you to our Sales & Executive Assistant, Jessy Ventura. Interview.
A short summary of your professional background…
I have always been a person who needs to be busy all the time, so during my student life I always tried to stay active. I went from a job as a children’s swimming instructor to a job in a concert hall and finally to the job as an administrative assistant. Every little job gave me great knowledge for my daily professional life today.
After my high school diploma, in 2018, I decided to continue my studies by studying executive assistant in Luxembourg. During my studies, I had the opportunity to do my internship at Eurocaution Benelux. Wishing to finish my bachelor’s degree abroad, Eurocaution kindly offered me to continue my studies while working part-time. After finishing my bachelor’s degree in 2021, I decided to join the Eurocaution Benelux team on a full-time basis because not only did I find a company that corresponds to my expectations, but I also found a team that offers an excellent working atmosphere.
A few words about your passion and your hobbies…
Like most people, I am very family and friend oriented. So a perfect weekend for me consists of family dinners and long walks. Dogs play an important role in my life, as I grew up with my childhood dog for 18 years. So surely you can imagine that my favourite days are “bring your dog to work days”.
I have two great passions in life, music and travel. I usually try to combine these two hobbies whenever the opportunity arises. So there is a good chance that you will see me at a festival near you.
A few words about your function and your daily tasks and your relationship with the customers.
As a Sales & Executive Assistant, I have the opportunity to help the company on a daily basis in several aspects. On the one hand, I assist the company’s director and the commercial director in their daily tasks. Furthermore, I assist the commercial department in the creation of contractual documents.
On the other hand, I am active in the coordination of various events and marketing actions with our commercial director. Eurocaution Benelux has a highly developed communication strategy, in that we frequently organise events to bring together the players in the real estate market in an always friendly setting.
